Creepy Freekish Dream #3

Saturday, March 9
Before 8 a.m

I woke up just to find myself surrounded by black shoes. The kind that every student wears to school in my country. Quickly I scanned for my shoes but couldn't find them. Suddenly I caught a glimpse of shiny metal and robbed it.
They were keys.
I put them in my pocket in case I needed to use them somehow. Suddenly the door behind me opened. Two men escorted teenagers around 10 until 16 years old. They were forced to wait in the room where I was trapped. Then I realized all of them were girls. A horrible thought came to my mind. I MUST get out of here.
I tried inserting the keys but all of them didn't work. I reached for the balcony. Over five men were guarding a gate. A door to the outside world. I planned for an escape.
Somehow I had one of my hostager's phone number. I texted him for some extra blanket. Ten minutes later, he brought my order. I gave my girlfriends a cue, then together we attacked the man. We ran away and heading for the gate. The gatekeepers blocked our way. One of them called for help from his Handy Talkie.
I hurried for the lock. I tried each key with no such luck. I was running out of time. The girls were growing powerless when additional men came. Finally, I found the right key and unlock the gate.
I ran away. It was completely selfish to leave those girls but I had no choice either. I was hoping some of them followed me escaped.
Unfortunately no one did.
Suddenly I crashed into someone. I wanted to apologize but then she dragged me inside a building. She told me to be quiet but I didn't have any idea what she's talking about. I haven't noticed that there are others too. Most of them were boys.
The girl grabbed my hand.
"Run."
Together, we ran. Unaware of what might chase us. I risked myself to turn my head around.
It was certainly not what I've expected.
We were being chased by zombies. Or rather, the 'running' dead.
One of them grabbed the girl's hand. She struggled to let go. While I was up to help her, one of the zombie grab my head and pull it hard.
Gosh, I don't wanna die yet.
I elbowed him, straight to his chest where his heart used to beat. To my surprise, he let go of me. As if my punch was that hard. The girl caught my hand and we ran away from the chaos. I didn't have time to look for the others. I hoped they made it though I wasn't so sure.
"In here."
She led me into a car parked not far ahead. She drove like a maniac, a reasonable thing considering the zombie attack.
The car suddenly stopped. I realized there's no zombie behind.
"S here. Yeah, she's with me. I'll take her back."
I heard her talking to her HT. A realization suddenly hit me. This girl is definitely in league with those men back at the lodge.
"Forget it, I'm leaving."
I opened the door, prepared to once again, ran away. She didn't stop me, which I found kind of odd.
Suddenly I heard dogs barking.
Not just regular dogs. It's cerberus, the three-headed hell hound.
I jumped into the car, forgot my run-away plan.
"Yo, Jamie. Didn't expect to see you so soon."
The Jamie guy nodded to S. If I paid a little more attention, I would thought he was actually hot... Well, literally. He was standing on a chariot which was blazing from fire. Those vicious cerberus were waiting like a faithful horse.
"Better hurry," said Jamie. "They were stopping by for food but it will not last any longer."
And with that obvious warning, he dashed into the road.
"Seems like you don't have much choice. Come with me if you want to live."
So I followed her. I didn't want to lose my life yet.
To my surprise, she actually went back to the previous direction. Back to the lodge, I soon realized.
"Come, I know a safe place."
What she meant a safe place is actually a zombie hive. She didn't save me, she led me into them!
"You crazy? I would never go inside."
"They wouldn't notice. They will go to another building by tomorrow so this building is safe."
"You can't guarantee that."
Just then, she went inside. I followed her cause I saw zombies at the parking lot, and I definitely didn't want to face them alone.
We were heading to the lift. I was pretty sure she wanted to stay as far away from the parking lot or the lobby.
"Hold your breath. We don't want to risk them seeing us."
When the lift opened, an army of zombies walked away. We entered the lift but before it closed, another army of zombies walked in. There were lots of them. I tried to remove the thought that I actually huddled with zombies.
I closed my eyes, not wanting to see them.
Then I was certain I collapsed.
